Submitting a booking through the website reserves a requested time. Bookings are confirmed by phone, email, or text. We may need to adjust a requested time based on availability.

Appointments are scheduled during our normal hours. Arrival windows are estimates; traffic, job length, and weather can shift a schedule. We will let you know if timing changes.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact details, service address, vehicle information, and job details. Inaccurate information may delay service or change pricing.

Customers must provide safe, legal access to the vehicle or property, along with reasonable parking and space to work. Where required for the service, access to water and power may be needed; let us know in advance if either is unavailable.

Please let us know as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. If we cannot access the vehicle or property at the scheduled time, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Prices shown online are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing is confirmed on site once we see the actual condition, size, and scope of the job.

Pressure washing is priced per job. Quote requests are not confirmed bookings. A quote is provided after we review the details and photos you submit.

Any additional services or charges beyond the agreed scope require your approval before we perform the work.

Weather can affect outdoor detailing and pressure washing. We may reschedule an appointment for safety or quality reasons and will contact you to arrange a new time.

Cleaning results vary with the age, material, and condition of a surface or vehicle. Some stains, oxidation, etching, scratches, and wear cannot be fully removed. We will tell you when we expect a limited result.

Please remove valuables and personal items before service. Customers are responsible for their personal belongings.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions, including loose or failing paint, damaged trim, worn seals, cracked surfaces, previous repairs, or aftermarket modifications. Please point out sensitive areas before we begin.

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or submit false, harmful, or unauthorized content.

The Whiteout Pressure Washing name, logo, site content, and job photos are our property and may not be reused without permission.
